Seattle Sunrise and Portland Marathon

This morning the sunrise in Seattle was beautiful.  Using the self-portrait feature on my phone, I tried capturing my silhouette against the backdrop of the view out of my window at work.  The mornings have been cold lately, but the days are still warming up once the sun comes up.

This weekend, P and I will run the Portland Marathon.  We've heard good things about the race, so it should be a lot of fun!  This will be my 16th full marathon.  My times are getting slower, but I would like to try to join a training group to rediscover/renew my motivation to train hard and ultimately run a faster time.
